Santa Lucia Coffee

This morning, I am enjoying some nice organic/fair-trade coffee from a roasterie in Centralia, Washington brought here as a gift for my husband by his mum for Christmas (too many prepositional phrases / subordinate clauses one of my college English professors would have said!).

The thing I remember most about Centralia was this awesome place we stopped at a little over a year ago: RichArt's Art Yard. It was what you might call an ever-expanding art installation in this man's - Richard Tracy's - yard, and it was open to the public only during certain hours of the day. We were lucky enough to have arrived during that time period, and so we eagerly perused the man's labyrinth of a yard:

We hope to take another trip up to Washington sometime later this year, although we plan on spending more time in Portland than we did on our previous trip. Still though, maybe we can stop at this coffee shop - Santa Lucia Coffee - while we're in the area. Grab some more coffee beans to later savor.

*Mmmmm*
